We are committed to ensuring you love your Florence & Ella jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

In the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase To initiate a return, please contact us at jade@florenceandella.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and inspecting every order. If your item arrives defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at jade@florenceandella.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings.

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
Personalized or custom orders
Sale items
Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (after return approval) and making a new purchase for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the return eligibility criteria listed above.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us
